Details

1) Description

The machine is useful to dress the single diamond pearl using a motorized grinding wheel mounted on a numerical control axis.

2) Main Feature.

The pearls are placed manually on the pins of a large wheel that serves as a “warehouse”. This wheel is powered by the ratio-motor and turns of one step for each pearl.

There is also a second wheel powered by the ratio-motor useful to pivot the pearls mounted on the pins of the first wheel.

The grinding wheel ‘s axis is powered by 3 Nm servo motor.
