MAIN FEATURES

ADVANTAGES

·   the saw blade is mounted vertically to avoid deflections originated by its own weight

· the saw blade remains on the same spindle for the tensioning and side run-out control operations

All the machines should have CE sign on the machine, CE Certificate and have manufacturer rating plate (name plate), placed on the back of the machine - easy to dismount. On all of the machines should not be painted data (logo) of the manufacturer (except the rating plate).  Machines should have English instruction manual with installation procedures and codes.

Automatic tensioning and controlling for circular saw blades at same machine. Possible diameter is from 400mm to 2,200mm. The shank should be vertically loaded and unloaded on the machine and tensioning and controlling at the same conditions without removing shank tension checking and tensioning carried out on the same spindle.
